Shamsheer Kailey is an associate attorney at H. Benjamin Perez & Associates, P.C., where she focuses primarily on family and matrimonial cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kailey worked as a staff attorney in the family law division at the Hiscock Legal Aid Society. Ms. Kailey understands the complexities and challenges that encompass family and divorce actions. She believes in representing her clients with diligence and compassion.

Ms. Kailey received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, Canada and pursued her law degree at Syracuse University College of Law. While at Syracuse, she was a member of the Journal of Science and Technology and the Pro Bono Advisory Board. Currently, she is an active member of the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Kailey is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
