Roger Colmena is a senior associate attorney at H. Benjamin Perez & Associates, P.C., where he primarily focuses on family and matrimonial matters. Additionally, Mr. Colmena has extensive experience in guardianship and estate planning matters. Mr. Colmena is an effective litigator, having been successful in matters before the Family Court, Supreme Court, Surrogate’s Court and the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
Mr. Colmena received his bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Hunter College, and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Yeshiva University), where he was a member of the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association.
